Repairs

Allen Amplification provides repair and maintenance service on all Allen and customer-built Allen Amplifiers.  All new Allen-built amplifiers are equipped with 1-year warranty on parts and labor.  All repair and maintenance work performed outside of the warranty period will be billed at $60/hour with a $100 minimum billing for amps delivered for repair.

• Model
• Year (if known)
• Allen-Built or Kit (Allen-Built amps will have an engraved serial number with signed and dated chassis)
• Description of issues and/or symptoms
• Known history of ownership and maintenance
• Steps taken to troubleshoot
